Job Summary

Managing and administering financial aid projects, the full-time Financial Aid Project Administrator will coordinate the Federal Work Study Program, oversee third-party billing processes, and ensure compliance with federal regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Federal Work Study Program and third-party billing processes
  • Review and process financial aid documentation for continuing students in a multi-system environment
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of annual federal financial aid audits and create procedure manuals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a related degree program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Student Financial Aid
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
  • All Federal Student Loans must not be in default to gain access to NSLDS
  • Experience with training facilitation and CampusVue student management software preferred
