Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Representative - Continuing Students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students in navigating financial aid applications and monitor their progression
• Recalculate eligibility and counsel students on financial implications of eligibility changes
• Implement new procedures and maintain a secure handling of sensitive information

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial aid
• Prior financial aid experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to maintain professional relationships and provide excellent customer service
