Key Responsibilities

Process financial aid in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations
Review student files for verification and eligibility for various financial aid programs
Troubleshoot processing issues and communicate with Finance Counselors to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of experience in a financial aid environment
Experience with financial aid packaging in Ellucian - Banner
Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
