Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Specialist to manage financial aid processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute financial aid and private loan activities while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Meet with students and families to determine financial aid eligibility and provide necessary guidance
• Perform administrative functions and manage financial aid reports accurately and timely

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Understanding of Title IV program information and federal financial aid regulations
• Experience in reviewing student files for compliance with institutional policies
• Ability to calculate R2T4 refunds for student withdrawals
• Proficient in electronic processing of financial aid documents
• Experience in customer service and teamwork within an educational environment
