Job Summary

Financial Aid Systems Analyst, a full-time remote position, serves as the Subject Matter Expert for financial aid platforms, performing configuration, maintenance, and support tasks to enhance the student aid experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain financial aid systems to support student services and daily operations
• Review, test, and troubleshoot product updates and annual releases
• Complete daily support functions related to the student aid experience and monitor financial aid batch processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience in higher education financial aid administration
• Advanced knowledge of financial aid and student information systems/platforms
• 1+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) for system configuration and reporting
