Financial Aid Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Information Systems Specialist responsible for maintaining and supporting student information systems related to financial aid processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the Office of Financial Aid modules in the student information system
• Develop, maintain, and run queries for internal and external reporting
• Oversee testing of financial aid-related technology systems to ensure accurate processing

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• One year of experience with information systems and process maintenance
• Additional directly related professional experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis
• Knowledge of higher education ERP systems as they relate to financial aid
• Experience in higher education with financial aid or student enrollment software is preferred
