Financial Aid Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness and operational compliance, the full-time Financial Aid Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for Financial Aid staff, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and institutional policies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and continuing education programs for Financial Aid staff
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure training reflects current practices and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and documentation to support staff development and compliance readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, higher education administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in Title IV financial aid administration with a focus on federal regulations
• Experience in developing and delivering training for adult learners
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear training materials
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
