A company is looking for a Financial Analysis Consultant Provider Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the Hospitalist and Intensivist Compensation Plan Summaries and manage physician compensation reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure accurate compensation processes and compliance
• Provide analytical support for financial planning, reporting, and the implementation of operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in financial management
• Proficiency in sophisticated software programs and advanced analytical skills
• Operational knowledge in healthcare and strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
