Financial Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analysis Manager to join their Financial team and drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Build, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast company and product performance
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports to share financial insights with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Consulting (Big 4), Investment Banking, or similar analytical roles
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills
• CFA or related certification is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of accounting, valuation, and budgeting principles
