Financial Analysis Manager

Job Summary

To support a multi-region Insights & Analytics team, the full-time Americas Financial Analysis & Advisory Manager will prepare complex financial analyses, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and oversee quality control of financial analysis delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sophisticated cash flow and GAAP analyses, lease comparisons, and strategic real estate alternatives
• Translate complex financial findings into clear recommendations for occupancy scenarios and leasing negotiations
• Provide training and performance feedback to team members while managing the evolution of financial models

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field; CPA preferred
• 7-10+ years of financial analysis experience in commercial real estate occupancy analytics
• Experience in a managerial capacity with oversight of analysts or transaction support personnel
• Strong understanding of commercial lease terms and occupancy costs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling software preferred
