Financial Analysis Manager

Job Summary

Managing corporate finance supervisors and associates, the full-time remote Financial Analysis Manager will develop and implement financial concepts for planning, forecasting, and internal controls while aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Formulate specific department goals that align with corporate accounting and finance objectives
• Mentor and appraise associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering continuous improvement
• Assist in analyzing complex financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards

Required qualifications:

• 9 years of experience in a corporate Accounting/Finance role, including general accounting and financial analysis
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing a finance or accounting team
• Encouraged certification or progress towards CPA, CIA, or equivalent
• Knowledge of GAAP, FAS, and tax regulations (domestic and/or international)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience; MBA is desirable
