Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to enhance its financial operations and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between carrier payments and bank statements
• Manage and process monthly agent commissions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting, identifying trends and collaborating with stakeholders for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth startups
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems and financial ERP tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on data accuracy
