A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support its finance and operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly reporting tools to enhance financial and operational performance
• Lead projects and assist in developing new reporting tools and processes
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to support administrative decision-making

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Data Analysis
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and complex formulas
• Ability to manage time and prioritize independently on complex projects
• Experience with Power BI and SQL is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with high-level executives
