Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance and Business Operations team, the full-time Financial Analyst will drive project-level and organizational budgeting, maintain financial models, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and tracking project-level and organizational budgets and forecasts
• Analyze monthly financial results to identify trends, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain financial models and support data management to ensure accuracy across ERP systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating financial insights to diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms, preferably NetSuite, OpenAir, and Salesforce
• Exposure to nonprofit finance and understanding of GAAP preferred
