Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support a dual-listed fintech company, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis while collaborating closely with senior finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models across business lines, supporting budgeting and long-range planning
• Track and analyze performance metrics across lending, payments, and wealth, identifying trends and variances
• Prepare materials for CFO and leadership, translating financial data into structured insights for decision support

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or a related field
• Internship experience in finance, consulting, banking, or a relevant analytical role preferred
• Strong Excel skills or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
• Interest in data, systems, and AI tools, with the ability to work with large datasets
• Evidence of self-driven learning, such as building models or engaging in relevant projects
