Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct revenue and expense analysis to understand performance drivers
- Support monthly financial close analysis and assist in budget preparation
- Collaborate in developing business plans and financial models for strategic planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting; experience may be waived for Master's degree holders
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn ERP systems and financial reporting software
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
