Key Responsibilities

Conduct revenue and expense analysis to understand performance drivers
Support monthly financial close analysis and assist in budget preparation
Collaborate in developing business plans and financial models for strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting; experience may be waived for Master's degree holders
Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to learn ERP systems and financial reporting software
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
