• Lead the development and enhancement of global headcount, compensation, and benefits planning processes
• Provide analysis on workforce trends and labor costs to support business decisions
• Collaborate with business units to drive effective planning discussions and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with workforce planning or labor cost modeling preferred
• Familiarity with public company requirements and regulations, if applicable
