Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A to prepare financial forecasts and reports while providing decision support and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial decision support on operational matters impacting company objectives
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for management to inform business insights
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant finance experience with increasing responsibilities
• Preferred experience in professional services and mid to large-sized corporate finance
• Experience with executive and Board reporting is preferred
• Familiarity with Workday Financials/Adaptive Planning or Microsoft Dynamics/Power BI is preferred
