Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst who will provide comprehensive financial planning and data analysis to enhance decision-making and ensure financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Prepare financial performance reports with variance analysis and actionable insights
  • Analyze cost trends, patient revenue, and operational KPIs specific to FQHC environments
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master's degree or CPA/MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis or planning experience, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting
  • Strong understanding of FQHC operations, grant funding, and healthcare reimbursement models
  • Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with accounting/ERP systems; familiarity with Sage Intacct, NextGen, or eClinicalWorks a plus
