Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional IV/V - Standard Labor Rate Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor Standard Labor Rates for budgeting and labor costing
• Analyze standard labor rate performance and prepare financial reports for leadership
• Provide financial guidance and support compliance with financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 7+ years, or a PhD/JD with 4+ years of experience in finance or related fields
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles, theories, and concepts
• Prior experience with standard labor rates or cost recovery structures
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with various financial software
• Ability to obtain access to Controlled Unclassified Information based on citizenship requirements
