Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct budgeting and forecasting to aid strategic decision-making
• Perform trend analysis to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports while supporting process improvements and ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or additional certifications are a plus
• At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar analytical role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macro creation using VBA
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data for strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with remote teams and managers
