Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly rolling forecasts
• Gather inputs for expense forecasts from business units and Finance teams
• Perform variance analysis on actuals to forecast and support financial reporting during month-end close

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role (FP&A experience is an asset)
• Proficient in Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (or Google Slides); experience with financial planning software is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to build basic queries for analysis
• Prior experience working in or with financial institutions is considered an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
