Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with executive and physician leadership
• Audit multiple systems and data for reasonableness and investigate variances
• Benchmark business operations relative to established best practices and internal business objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospital or medical group financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree
• MBA or MPH is preferred
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Tableau, highly desired
• Understanding of healthcare coding systems (e.g., ICD-10-CM/PCS, UB-04, HCPCS, MS DRG, CPT, etc.)
