Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II to support system leadership and regional finance teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and reporting for leadership and regional entities
• Develop ad hoc and ongoing reports using Syntellis Axiom and Power BI
• Create dashboards, presentations, and variance analyses for key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or healthcare finance
• Strong skills in Excel and business intelligence (BI) tools
• Ability to support annual operating budgets and long-term financial planning
• Experience collaborating with clinical and finance teams
• Participation in finance training and continuous improvement initiatives
