Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst responsible for preparing financial analyses to support the National Inside Sales business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own P&L, create annual budgets, and prepare monthly forecasts
• Assist in month-end close and conduct monthly variance analysis
• Develop and maintain financial forecast models while collaborating with Business Segment teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics from an accredited institution
• Ability to work independently with initiative and self-motivation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conceptualize data for decision-making
• Experience working effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in handling risk and uncertainty
