Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on expense and headcount for designated functions
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance, headcount, and expense trends, and communicate findings to leadership
• Conduct deep dive analysis into business lines to understand their drivers and enhance financial performance

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years in FP&A/Strategic Finance within SaaS or tech-enabled services
• Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with EPM (Adaptive/Anaplan) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
