Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner for segment leadership, including support for Research & Development
• Prepare forecasting packages, trend analyses, and scenario models to guide business planning
• Create and maintain cost models to analyze product and departmental margin performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) environment preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
• Experience working with senior leadership to support project completion
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to shifting priorities
