Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the calculation and analysis of sales commissions and review commission data for discrepancies
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries and assist in the reconciliation of payroll accounts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field - recent graduate
• Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
