Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A experience, particularly in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with month-end reporting workflows and deadline adherence
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accrual accounting
• Proven ability to improve automation and reduce manual reporting dependencies
