Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning and reporting within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Analyze financial models, variance analyses, and trend reports
• Develop and maintain management reporting for leadership, including KPIs and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables
• Experience preparing and interpreting financial statements and performance metrics
• Ability to work cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
