Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making in the Integrated Health Care division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grant contracts, including budget development, expenditure tracking, and compliance with reporting deadlines
• Perform financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and preparation of leadership-ready financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models for strategic initiatives and operational planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles
• Experience with grants and medical billing reimbursement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
