Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to develop forecasting models and document variances
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting packages and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and improve financial processes

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated curiosity or experience using AI tools to improve financial workflows
