Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the preparation of the agency budget and contract renewal packages
• Prepares and analyzes operating and strategic plans, including monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Produces monthly budget monitoring reports and assists in the preparation of financial statements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with three plus years of relevant experience
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Intermediate knowledge of budget development/management and cost projections
• Advanced personal computer skills, including complex Excel spreadsheet preparation
• Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge
