Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end commission process, including validating deal data and ensuring accurate payment distribution
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate reporting
• Support the preparation of financial reports and conduct ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, commissions, or a related corporate finance role
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and reporting
• Experience managing commission workflows and ensuring data accuracy
• Ability to leverage AI tools for finance workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise finance tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus
