Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Mission Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize data and create presentations, including spreadsheets and financial reports
• Support staff in producing month-end reports and analyze budget variances
• Assist in preparing financial reports and department annual budget submissions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting within a non-profit organization; an Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience)
• Familiarity with GAAP and non-profit accounting principles
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with budgeting and reporting software packages is required
