Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support business objectives through financial analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts and budgets, analyze business performance, and provide insights to partners
• Create and automate management reports, coordinating variance analysis for key performance tracking
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for business priorities, identifying opportunities for process simplification and automation

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields
• Experience in financial services, particularly with consumer credit products, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with strong SQL skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data analysis and actionable insights
