Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and analysis of annual budgets and forecasts for assigned divisions
• Collaborate with the FP&A Director to prepare and deliver financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Provide monthly variance analysis and financial insights to leadership, ensuring accurate completion of financial deliverables

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Two or more years of relevant finance experience required
• Basic understanding of financial statements and business concepts required
• Knowledge of budget development preferred
• Experience with Financial Planning Systems (Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.) required
