Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to perform advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across various operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data
• Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models
• Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Experience with financial systems and BI tools
• Preferred experience within a healthcare organization
• No licensure or certification required
