Key Responsibilities

• Analyze month-end financials to guide resort-level decision-making
• Collaborate with resort leaders to align financial performance with operational goals
• Train stakeholders on financial systems for budget management and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
• Strength in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management preferred
