Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders to drive revenue and EBITDA expansion, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will provide financial insights, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and develop executive-level presentation materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders, providing continuous support related to forecasting, budget analysis, and operational KPIs
• Collaborate with the finance organization to enhance reporting efficiencies and effectiveness, enabling strategic insights for business actions
• Develop executive-level presentation materials surrounding operations, revenue metrics, and long-term strategic plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the healthcare industry or a high-growth PE-backed company
• Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems, with knowledge of data visualization/report management tools preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency with a passion for data insights
