Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial insights and decision support, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will manage financial processes, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a FP&A Business Partner, providing financial insights and data-driven recommendations to guide business decisions
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum three years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including revenue and expense management
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and current trends in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems such as Hyperion or Looker is preferred
• Aptitude for analyzing business strategies and their financial impacts to influence decisions
