Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Working primarily remotely with occasional office visits, the full-time salaried Financial Analyst will support strategic and operational decision-making through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within the Integrated Health Care division.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IHC grant contracts, ensuring compliance with requirements and tracking expenditures
• Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and preparation of leadership-ready financial reports
• Support the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for strategic initiatives and program expansions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost accounting principles
• Experience working with grants and medical billing reimbursement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
