Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting operational and strategic decision-making, the full-time remote FP&A Analyst will manage expense budgets, lead cross-functional projects, and provide analytical support through financial reporting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners
• Provide detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and ensure effective communication across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Netsuite experience preferred
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
