Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the fiscal operations and budget planning teams, the temporary remote Financial Analyst will perform complex financial analyses, budget evaluations, and core fiscal functions while communicating financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of the facility's operational budget and departmental budget requests
• Prepare and analyze various financial reports for internal leadership and external regulatory agencies
• Monitor budget expenditures and prepare detailed reports outlining operational progress and recommendations for management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Professional competency in corporate financial analysis, budgeting, and reconciliation, preferably in healthcare or hospital operations
