Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming financial and operational data, the full-time Financial Analyst will gather, clean, and analyze information to provide decision-ready insights while supporting financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Analyze key business metrics and partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate initiatives and improve ROI
• Gather, clean, and structure data to build scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economy, or accounting
• Prior experience in corporate finance or FP&A preferred, with strong encouragement for new graduates to apply
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and forecasting
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power Query, and VBA is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
