Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the financial operations of a facility management organization, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will manage critical financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of monthly results, expenses, and accruals in financial systems
• Oversee operating expense budgets and financials, maintaining precise data related to work orders and key performance indicators
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making and strategic planning

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of finance experience in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial models and analytical reports
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Proven history of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities in a demanding environment
