Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support a multi-payor healthcare organization, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will analyze complex data related to capitation revenue and payment methodologies, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission of month-end data to Accounting.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data from multiple health plans to support financial performance and reporting
• Submit month-end data loads to Accounting, including reconciliation of membership and revenue data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system integration and enhance data visibility

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or IT-related field
• 5+ years of healthcare experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL skills
