Job Summary
To enhance planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities, the full-time Financial Analyst will develop dashboards and financial models in Workday Adaptive Planning, collaborating with FP&A, IT, and program teams to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and custom reports for senior leadership and program managers to monitor performance
- Partner with FP&A, operations, and IT to create scalable data structures and model designs
- Administer Adaptive Planning, including user access, security, and troubleshooting model issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial planning and budgeting
- Familiarity with data integrations and source-to-target data flows
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance due to government contracting work
