Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities, the full-time Financial Analyst will develop dashboards and financial models in Workday Adaptive Planning, collaborating with FP&A, IT, and program teams to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and custom reports for senior leadership and program managers to monitor performance
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and IT to create scalable data structures and model designs
• Administer Adaptive Planning, including user access, security, and troubleshooting model issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including model building and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial planning and budgeting
• Familiarity with data integrations and source-to-target data flows
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance due to government contracting work
