Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making, the full-time remote Financial Analyst will perform complex financial analysis and business modeling while collaborating with various teams to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial performance analyses and presentations for executives and the Board
• Build and maintain financial models to support financial planning and reporting, providing insights to leadership
• Monitor financial performance against goals, identifying trends, variances, and risks to support data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major
• 2+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Consulting, or a related analytical field
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with demonstrated rigor
• Experience using enterprise planning systems and BI tools is preferred
• Experience in a high-growth environment, with insurance or fintech experience being a plus
