Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial insights and decision support, the full-time Financial Analyst will collaborate with internal partners to drive strategic planning and financial stewardship in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a FP&A Business Partner, delivering financial insights and forecasting support to guide business decisions
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum three years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including revenue and expense management
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with experience in Hyperion or data visualization tools preferred
• Aptitude for analyzing business strategies and their financial impacts to influence decisions
